SCOTT MATETICH
President
Scott's body of work includes project management of ROW projects in compliance with 49 CFR Part 24 The Uniform Relocation and Real Property Acquisition Act of 1970, as amended, with additional specialty in leasing/tenant improvement build outs for the General Services Administration under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
He has authored Property Acquisition and Relocation Plans, Project Funding Estimates, Excess Real Property Plans, Surplus Property Declarations, and many other special roles, such as agency to agency liaison, subconsultant management and property management.
As President, Scott conducts contract negotiations and oversees overall quality control for the firm.
DAVID CONNER
Senior Agent
David Conner is an expert in right-of-way acquisition / relocation projects as well as with negotiating commercial leases for federal government agencies.
He commands a thorough knowledge of 49 CFR Part 24, the Uniform Act, which guides federally funded Right of Way projects, and has significant experience in leasing and tenant improvement build outs for the General Services Administration under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), for federal lease projects.
His experience crosses numerous leading public agencies in the Puget Sound area including Sound Transit Link Light Rail, WSDOT, King County, Pierce County, GSA, and several local municipalities.
MARK ANDERSON
Senior Agent
Mark Anderson brings a wealth of experience to the Right of Way field utilizing his background of 30 years in real estate, across a vast array of disciplines. For the past ten years, Mark has honed his skills as a Senior Right of Way Agent successfully delivering property acquisitions for public infrastructure projects throughout western Washington.
During his tenure in Right of Way, he has accrued tremendous experience in eminent domain transactions, title clearance, voluntary purchases, value estimations, property studies, and more.
MAYA GARMAN
Senior Agent
Maya Garman's experience includes acquisitions and negotiations for a wide range ownership entities. She is detail-oriented and client service driven and is on top of processes including document preparation, title review, real estate sales and owner assistance. She has working knowledge of 49 CFR Part 24, the Uniform Act, (which guides federally funded Right of Way projects).
Maya has also negotiated and acquired numerous easements, fee acquisitions, temporary construction easements, rights of entry and has successfully provided relocation assistance for residential owner-occupants and tenants.
LYNNESHA BRYANT
Agent
Lynnesha is a new addition to the LaBonde Land, Inc. team and we couldn’t be happier about bringing her experience and “people first” skills to our projects! She is a proven real estate specialist proficient in building lasting relationships with clients, co-workers, and with the community stakeholders in which she works. Her skills include real property negotiations, reviewing title commitments, preparing sales contracts and conveyance documents, and clearing title. Overall, Lynnesha has 20 years of experience in the real estate sales, title, and escrow businesses, routinely drawing from these experiences to ensure her projects are a success. She practiced real estate for two years before entering into the title and escrow business for a period of 15 years. In 2018, she decided to make a change back into real estate before discovering Right of Way in 2022.
CERRISSA MONTEZ
Agent
As a Right of Way Technician, Cerrissa is responsible for conducting property research, preparing cost estimates, preparing document packages, managing right of way files, and providing support for her team.
SHAUNA HURN
Office Administrator
Shauna is our jack of all trades. She handles accounting, general office duties as well as human resources, photography and marketing extraordinaire.
