Our agents are dedicated, knowledgeable relocation agents, well-versed in the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act (as amended) and various lead-agencies’ policies, procedures and guidelines. We have successfully relocated hundreds of office, retail, industrial, restaurant, manufacturing, storage, warehouse, multi-family and single-family owners and tenants. Our relocation expertise also includes transmission towers and billboards, as well as various types of utility relocations, such as electrical sub-stations, power poles, duct banks, pipelines, water and sewer.  

LaBonde has over 20 years experience as tenant representative lease negotiators with both public and private clients such as General Services Administration, United States Postal Service, and Veterans Administration. We typically represent tenants and therefore have virtually no conflicts of interest and because we are accustomed to working with public clients, our diligence in identifying options, managing the solicitation process and negotiating competitive leases is strong.
